We do not guarantee:

• Availability of any vehicle

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party listings

• That alerts will always be received instantly or without interruption

Listings are controlled entirely by third-party platforms and sellers.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• MarketSnooper is provided on a subscription basis

• Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance

• Pricing is as displayed on the website at the time of purchase

• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

• It is limited to one trial per user unless stated otherwise

• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify trials at any time

• Abuse of trials may result in immediate termination of access
